Health & Fitness Blog: Staying healthy through the holidays

Here are some tips that have helped me sooo much to stay healthy while healing.  Have you noticed that people during the holidays get sick and have the flu?  Have you noticed that during the holidays is also when we eat the worst things?

Sugars can be the most damaging to your immune system!

Sugars can be the most damaging to your immune system!

• Refined sugar weakens the immune system.

• Sugar promotes yeast and fungus growth (bio-toxins).

• One can of soda has 9 to 11 teaspoons of sugar.

• USA: 120 pounds/year per person compared to 5 pounds/family in the early 1900’s

• Avoid corn syrup, fructose, large amounts of honey or molasses, sucrose, maltodextrin, dextrose, any artificial sweetener, sweetened fruit juices and syrups, sugar cane, and lactose (Stevia is a great natural replacement)

• Avoid eating large amounts of below ground vegetables such as carrots and potatoes. They typically contain high sugar levels.

I learned some of these tips from www.designerhealthcenters.com an amazing Dr. Isac Jones!

PLAN:

CUT HALF THE SUGAR OUT OF YOUR DIET THE FIRST WEEK.

SECOND WEEK, CUT ALL OF THE SUGAR OUT AND REPLACE WITH STEVIA

WATCH WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR ENERGY!

Enjoy…and we will see you in a couple of days!

I will be blogging consistently three times a week, Mon, Wed & Fri.  Every other blog will be a healing blog, and a health and fitness blog.  Enjoy!

The Europian government does not allow stevia in Europe. It’s an illegal substitute for sugar and even forbidden as a supplement…
Their “reason”: Stevia makes men impotent…
They base their “reason” on the fact that, when you eat half your bodyweight of leafs, one’s furtility might be a little less then it was… Like we will eat that amount on a regular basis…
