Blog 4 of 28…it’s been one week

It’s been one week since the surgery and I’m still in a lot of pain — a lot more than I expected. I’m very strong and even with a strong mindset I’m still throbbing and it feels like a part of me is gone. Read my blog 1 of 28 for details on why root canals are the last thing you ever want to have.

A friend who works for an Ortho surgeon said the pain is very strong because they went all the way deep to remove those root canals and if I remember correctly, where the ligaments were removed. Hopefully this will be the only and last surgery I’ll have to face regarding this. Oh and yes, I’m lard a couple of blogs lol.

I’ve been sleeping a lot (your body heals best when you sleep. Been drinking super greens with my water to help flow the blood and minerals to my body (google Dr Young Doc Brock for best powder greens) and juicing of course, because vegetables (raw and juiced) can help detox the body and carry out the bad stuff and bring in the good stuff.

I have heard that juicing can reverse gray hairs and that it has actually been scientifically proven. I’m going to research this a bit more and blog about it. Would you like to know? Me too! I found a couple of those gray suckers trying to sneak in and ive decided through my healthy eating and working out, I will look 10-20 years younger for the rest if my life, and live healthily (is that a word) til I’m at least 120.

Finally, on the healing power of juicing: if you don’t believe me watch Kris Carr, she did a documentary called Crazy Sexy Cancer and she has been able to contain incurable stage four cancer for over 10 years as she lives a great life. Find her!! And the answers will find you…there is another way.
